1) Walk-in Drop-Off (Dubai)
Bring your items directly to our store during opening hours. We’ll register your drop-off and start the verification.

2) Online Pre-Submission (optional)
Fill our short form and upload clear photos. We’ll pre-screen and share a proposed price range. You will still need to deliver the items in person for authentication and listing.

How it works

Step 1 — Deliver to Store
Walk in with your items (or pre-submit online first to save time).
No courier pick-ups.

Step 2 — Authentication & Pricing
We verify authenticity, condition, and market demand, then send you a final price proposal per item.

Nothing is photographed or listed until you approve the prices.

Step 3 — Photography & Listing
We take photos, write product details, add inventory, and list items online & in-store.

Step 4 — Sale, Final Check & Payout
When an item sells, we perform a brief final check (pre-dispatch) to confirm the piece still matches the listing (condition, accessories, references).
Per-item payouts on request: you can claim your payout for each sold item—no need to wait for the whole consignment. Payout is released within 3 business days after the buyer return window (3 days) has closed.

What we accept

Designer ready-to-wear, handbags, shoes, accessories, watches and fine jewellery in clean, sale-ready condition. Seasonal and in-demand pieces sell faster. Counterfeits are strictly refused.

Commissions (transparent & tiered)

We use a simple tiered model by selling price:

• Up to AED 9,000 → 35% AG / 65% Seller
  

• AED 9,001 – 15,000 → 25% AG / 75% Seller
  

• Above AED 15,000 → 18% AG / 82% Seller

Payout options (per item, on request)

• Bank transfer — issued within 3 business days after the return window
  

• Store credit (+10% bonus) — issued per item, usable online & in-store

Consignment duration & price review

• Minimum consignment term: 3 months
  

• After 3 months, choose to collect your item or proceed with a price review (–15% minimum) to extend for another term.

Quick FAQ

Do I have to bring my items even if I submitted the form online?
Yes. Pre-submission is for pre-screening only. All items must be delivered in person to our store.

How long before my item goes live?
Up to 7 business days for evaluation & price approval + up to 7 business days for photography & listing.

Why a “final check” if you already inspected my item?
We run a quick pre-dispatch check to make sure the item still matches the listing (no change in condition, correct accessories). It protects both you and the buyer and helps reduce returns.

How do I get paid?
Payouts are per sold item on request. We pay by bank transfer (first payout must be a transfer) or store credit (+10% bonus), within 3 business days after the return window closes.
