Our consignment model is designed to maximise your take-home while keeping the process clear at every step.

Consignment duration

• Minimum term: 3 months
  

• During this period, items remain consigned and are not retrievable unless early-withdrawal fees apply (see below).
  

Commissions (tiered by selling price)

We apply a simple tiered structure per price tranche of the final selling price:

• Up to AED 9,000 → 35% AG / 65% Seller
  

• AED 9,001 – 15,000 → 25% AG / 75% Seller
  

• Above AED 15,000 → 18% AG / 82% Seller
  

No listing or processing fees.

Worked examples

Example A — AED 32,000 sale

• First AED 9,000 @ 35% → AG AED 3,150 / Seller AED 5,850
  

• Next AED 6,000 @ 25% → AG AED 1,500 / Seller AED 4,500
  

• Remaining AED 17,000 @ 18% → AG AED 3,060 / Seller AED 13,940
  Totals: AG AED 7,710 — Seller AED 24,290
  

Example B — AED 14,200 sale

• First AED 9,000 @ 35% → AG AED 3,150 / Seller AED 5,850
  

• Remaining AED 5,200 @ 25% → AG AED 1,300 / Seller AED 3,900
  Totals: AG AED 4,450 — Seller AED 9,750
  

Pricing & updates

• After intake, we send a final price proposal per item (based on brand, condition, comps, and demand).
  

• Nothing is photographed or listed until you approve the prices.
  

• Prices may be updated over time with your prior consent to improve sell-through.
  

Timeline (post-drop-off)

• Evaluation (authenticity, condition, market): up to 7 business days
  

• Photography & listing (copy, inventory, online & in-store): up to 7 business days
  

• Before shipping a sold item, we perform a brief final check (pre-dispatch) to confirm it still matches the listing.
  

Early withdrawal (before 3 months)

If you choose to retrieve an item before the end of the 3-month term:

• Item value < AED 1,000: AED 55
  

• Item value ≥ AED 1,000: AED 55 + 3% of the item’s value
  

(Shipping/customs for returns, where applicable, are at the seller’s expense.)

Payouts (per item, on request)

• You can request payout for each sold item—no need to wait for your entire consignment.
  

• Payout is released within 3 business days after the buyer return window has closed and the final check is complete.
  

• Methods:
  

• Bank transfer (first payout must be by bank transfer)
  

• Store credit (+10% bonus), usable online & in-store
