Return window
You may request a return for eligible items within 3 days of delivery (based on the carrier’s delivery confirmation).
Eligibility
- Item must be returned in the same condition received: clean, unworn/unused, and with all included accessories (dust bags, cards, straps, etc.).
- Any Avant Garde tags/labels (if any) must remain attached and untampered.
- Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page are not returnable.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene/safety reasons and due to the nature of pre-loved goods, the following are final sale:
- Jewellery / fine jewellery
- Lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits
- Hair accessories
- Beauty/fragrance items
- Any item explicitly marked “Final Sale” or custom/altered
How to request a return
- Contact info@avantgardedxb.com or WhatsApp +971 55 888 7778 within 3 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will confirm eligibility.
- Return shipping is arranged and paid by the buyer (fees vary by location/service).
- Once we receive the item, we perform a quality check to confirm condition and completeness.
Refund timing & method
- Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the item passes quality check.
- Prepaid orders → refunded to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees and any import duties/taxes are non-refundable.
If a return fails quality check
We will notify you. You may have the item shipped back at your expense or collect it in store. If we do not hear from you within 3 weeks, the item will be donated to an association.
Damaged or not as described
If you believe your item is damaged or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. If confirmed, we will cover return shipping.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order and process a return (if eligible) for the original item.
