What is Avant Garde DXB?

A Dubai-based concept store and online platform for curated, authenticated pre-loved designer fashion. We ship worldwide and welcome you in-store at Warehouse 38, Street 5B, Al Quoz Industrial 1, Dubai (9:00 AM–8:00 PM, daily).

Are your items authentic?

Yes. Every piece is authenticated by our team before listing. If you have an authenticity concern, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll investigate. (Authentication is independent of brand owners.)

How does selling/consignment work?

Drop off your items in-store (you can pre-submit online). We evaluate and propose prices (up to 7 business days); nothing is listed until you approve. Commissions are tiered 35/25/18 by selling price; payouts are per item on request (bank transfer or store credit). → See Sell With Us and Consignment Terms & Commissions

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide from Dubai. Delivery estimates: Dubai 1–2 business days, rest of UAE 2–5, international 5–10 (plus processing 1–3 days; up to 7 in peak periods). → See Buying Policy

What are shipping fees?

Free in Dubai. Paid in the rest of the UAE. International rates are calculated at checkout. Duties/taxes may apply outside the UAE and are paid by the buyer. → See Buying Policy

What’s your return policy?

Eligible items can be returned within 3 days of delivery. We arrange the pick-up; return shipping is paid by the buyer. Refunds are issued within 7 business days after quality check.
