Scope & Definitions

This policy applies to all purchases made on avantgardedxb.com by customers worldwide. “Business days” exclude Fridays and UAE public holidays. “Dubai” refers to the Emirate of Dubai; “UAE” refers to the rest of the United Arab Emirates.

Payment Methods

We accept major credit/debit cards, Tabby, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For security, we may request ID/passport verification on certain transactions.

Prices, Currency & VAT

All transactions are processed in AED; your bank’s FX rate may apply. For UAE orders, prices shown include 5% VAT where applicable.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods or when special handling is required, please allow up to 7 business days before dispatch. (Processing time is separate from courier transit time.)

Delivery Timeframes

• Dubai (Emirate): 1–2 business days
• Rest of UAE: 2–5 business days
• International: 5–10 business days (destination-dependent; remote areas may take longer). Delays caused by customs inspections or courier network issues are outside our control.

Shipping Fees

• Dubai (Emirate): Free delivery
• Rest of UAE: paid shipping (displayed at checkout)
• International: calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and service

Duties, Taxes & Customs Clearance

Orders ship from Dubai, UAE. Outside the UAE, import duties and taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility. Our courier (or customs broker) will contact you during clearance to collect any applicable amounts and request any required documents.

Order Acceptance & Availability

We work hard to keep inventory accurate. In rare cases an item may be unavailable after you place an order. If this occurs, we’ll cancel the item and fully refund any amount already paid for it.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible items can be cancelled/returned within 3 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the buyer; we arrange collection. Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the item passes quality control:

• Prepaid orders → refunded to the original payment method
• Some items are final sale (see our Refund Policy for the full list of non-returnable items and conditions).
